A video paints a thousand words .... It is really helpful to use a short CSB training video as a prompt to assess your own hazards and control measures. I'll outline a process that you can use within your own site to ask "could that happen here?", "do we understand our hazards well enough?" and "are our controls good enough / properly maintained"?
